3. The Summary Page required by NC General Statute § 143-151.58(al) either did not include all of the items that did not function as intended and/or required subsequent investigation OR did not include the required statement.

It is strongly recommended that you promptly read the complete report. For information regarding the negotiability of any item in the report under the real estate purchase contract, contact your North Carolina real estate agent or an attorney.”
